Please note we do not issue refunds or returns on any non-faulty items.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we ask you to please send details and photo evidence of the fault to our email shapemakerbands@gmail.com. If approved, we will ask you to return the items to our address at your own expense.

You will receive your refund or exchange once the item is received back at our facility.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for any products that are not faulty. 

We strongly advise that you read the product description and ensure you are making the right decision prior to placing your order. 

We do not cover the cost of your returns.
