Our level 2 resistance band has a medium-hard level resistance and is double the thickness of the level one band, it is ideal for those who want to challenge themselves further and really feel that deep burn. The thicker band brings extra comfort and increases stability, this band is perfect for hip thrusts, glute bridges, crab walks, squat walks, and hip adduction exercises.

- Cold hand wash
- Air dry only, do not tumble dry
- Use a small amount of washing detergent
- Avoid frequent washing
General Care
Some handy tips to extend the life of your new bands:
- Use both hands to put bands on and take them off
- Keep bands in the provided carry bag when not in use
- Do not attach bands to other exercise equipment
- Avoid putting bands down on rough surfaces
